Return & Exchanges
Please be aware that there are no refunds only store credit.
We hope that you love your purchase. However, Monty Bella has a 7 day returns policy from the original purchase date on the receipt. After 7 days from original purchase date, Monty Bella will not return or exchange your item and/ or items.
All returns MUST have the original purchase receipt, be in the original packaging with unremoved tags and must be unused and in the same condition they were received in to receive full store credit
Monty Bella will not approve any returns without a receipt or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and issued store credit, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your store credit amount.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be held responsible for lost items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item for processing. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and we will email you a gift card for the value of your purchase. This process normally takes up to 2 to 3 business days.
If for any reason you haven’t received a refund within 2 to 3 business days from the date the refund
All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded. Please make sure that you read the product description, sizing chart and all policies before purchasing sale items.
Unfortunately Monty Bella does not offer exchanges. If you are looking for a different size, we recommend that you return the item first for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.
